1-2-1 in your home or office:
Annually – £8000
Biannually – £4500 and
Quarterly – £2600
Includes 3 sessions per week for 45 weeks a year with all nutrition coaching and lifestyle benefit.
Small Group / Paired Training
Grab a friend, family member or colleague or multiples of those and get fit together! Paired or small group workouts are still based on individual ability and goals, everyone working towards the best they can be! Motivating one another is powerful and calls for great end results!
Online Coaching Program
When your schedule is tight or whilst away on business you can still keep up the workouts with us!1-2-1 via Skype, you will get the individual support needed to get you fast and lasting results! Being too busy is no longer an excuse to not get fit!
Nutrition coaching and advice
Nutrition talk is like alien talk to you? You will get clear, simple, easy-to-follow advice and guidance about how to treat your body like a temple! This does not mean “being good” at all times, it’s about finding the right balance, which combined with exercise will get you the body you really want!
Kettlebells are ideal for explosive exercises that work major muscles, burn body fat, and build power. Little canon balls with great effect! In only a few sessions you will see a leaner, stronger, fitter you, wanting to push yourself further with your new iron handled friends!
